The closed cooking chamber allows food to cook from both the top and the bottom, so the heat penetrates the food more quickly and there's no need to turn the food.

Here are two recipes delicious using steak:
Steak and Egg Omelet
Leftover Makeover
1 piece of leftover grilled steak, chopped
1/2 leftover baked potato, chopped
sauteed mushrooms, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons shredded cheese, optional
Place half the chopped steak, potato and mushrooms in each well.
Pour half the beaten eggs into each well. Top each with 1
Tablespoon cheese.
Cook 7 minutes. Serves 2.
Stuffed Beef Rolls
1/4 cup Italian-flavored breadcrumbs
3 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
1 mushroom, chopped
2 (4-ounce) thinly sliced top round sandwich steaks, pounded
1 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup heated tomato sauce
Combine the stuffing mix, water, onion, and mushrooms. Spread half
the mixture on each slice of beef to within 1/2 inch of the edges and
top the cheese. Roll up jellyroll fashion. Place the rolls seam side
down into the wells.
Cook 7 minutes or until well browned. Serve topped with tomato
sauce. Serves 2.

I am getting mixed reviews about this product. Teflon coming off after a short time and problems in customer service. I was very excited to order one and then saw the exhorbitant shipping and handling charges. But it looks great.

The day ours came we made dinner with it that night. It worked flawlessly! Some trial and error on our part, but dinner was fantastic, quick and didn't over heat the kitchen like the over would have. Clean up was just like on TV, 123 done! We purchased the buy one get one free- so the next time we need a gift we'll have it ready to wrap.
