The closed cooking chamber allows food to cook from both the top and the bottom, so the heat penetrates the food more quickly and there's no need to turn the food.

- We recently purchased the GTXpress 101! I have to say that it is fun and easy! I've made eggs, desserts and wraps in it. It is easy to use cleans up easy and it lots of fun! I'm enjoying this product and it is great. I have to say that it was worth getting and I'm going to keep enjoying it. Trying new things is fun and when it is ready in about 7- 8 minutes that's great! I love it and you will too. If I'm having this much fun as an adult. Imagine how the kids will feel!!! So, I just wanted to say that it lived up what it says. Fun, easy and the food tastes great! Thanks for inventing such a great product.
