- I received my Rediset go yesterday. I would like to formally complain about what I received and how I was done. After going through the order process via phone (I spent over 30 minutes doing this). I was confirmed by the "recording" that I was purchasing the Redisetgo as described to me on the Infomercial I had watched on TV. I was told by the recording that I would be billed the following: 1 payment of 19.95 + 16.95 shipping and handling and the 2nd payment would be next month. Boy was I surprised when I received my order. I was billed for the extra pans that I DID NOT request. I was billed for additional shipping and handling cost for the extra pans that I DID NOT request and I was billed for the entire amount - Lets put it this way what I thought was going to be charged 36.90 became 82.75. I called customer service and spoke to Leann and found out that I had ordered the extra pans - imagine my surprise after repeatly telling the "recording" I DID NOT want them. Oh yes I can return them and get credited for the pans but I'm stuck with the shipping handling costs. I do not think that this is right nor do I think you should do this to people. Oh yes, I can keep the pans and I'll be credited 15.00 but again this is not what I purchased not what I wanted and it was not done as I was told by this "recording".
I'm truly surprised that more people have not complained or reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as I am going to.
I believe that your ordering process needs to be looked at -- at this time I haven't even used my redisetgo and it's already left a very sour taste.
My order information Order# M88986490017 my account number is 0080777543 - if you are truly a good company and if Cathy Mitchell endorses this maybe she would be surprised about how this is happening to people. If you truly believe in a product - yes the product speaks for itself but the way customers are handled and how honorable the company is even more important.
A truly dissatisfied customer

- I am getting mixed reviews about this product. Teflon coming off after a short time and problems in customer service. I was very excited to order one and then saw the exhorbitant shipping and handling charges. But it looks great.

- Love the GT express 101. I use it to make great omlettes. With just one egg you get a great omelette so its great for portion control. I make cakes and deserts. Everything cooks quickly and it is way easier than using an oven. I do recomend this product for people who like cooking healthy and best of all quickly and easily.

- and Pat,
I had the same problem with the teflon coming off (the top in my case). I had only had the GT Xpress grill 2 months. I called the same number as when I ordered it and explained that the teflon was coming off after only 2 months of use. They replaced it. I am very happy with my GT Xpress 101. We use it all the time and experiment with our own recipes.

- I have a question. On page 33 of the 101 cookbook it has a recipe for Pie batter. In it is has 1/2 cup of baking mix. What is baking mix? I am a cook, but this is not very informative as to what kind of baking mix she is talking about.
Help!

- A friend recommended GT Express after she bought it. Best little cooker and easiest clean up. Bought it mainly for my kids for quick after school snacks and weekend breakfast/lunches. My 11-year old son loves it because he can use it himself and he loves to cook! Easiest egg omelets and anything in a soft flour tortilla! Love it!
