In this hurry-up world with multiple demands for your attention, it's easy to forget how very important it is to relax. To breathe. To be silent. To re-calibrate.

While it may seem most natural to push harder or run faster, the most satisfied, successful people pause to balance their energy on a regular basis.

Balance for personal effectiveness is more about energy than about time, although many people do associate both effectiveness and efficiency with time. If only you had more time, right?

Many people think that if they only had more hours in the day, they would be more effective. Or if they had another day in the week, they could finally get everything done. Or if they could spend more time in one way rather than another, they would be more balanced or happy or satisfied or ... whatever.

For me, though, the key to effectiveness is to manage your energy so that you can do all that you want to do - to perform at your best and still feel vibrant. If you feel drained at the end of a client session, a meeting, or a rendezvous with a friend, you need to listen to that information and attend to your energy balance.

Most TeleSeminars are filled with valuable ideas and actions to add to your to-do list. And thank goodness there are so many resources!

My TeleSeminars are a little different from most. In them, I guide people to their inner teacher. The time is an oasis for replenishment. I provide models and other information, but the most unique and powerful part of each TeleSeminar occurs when the participants let go of all the ideas and techniques and relax into a deep knowing.
