The most forward roll frontflips in one minute
This was a interesting record for me being that forward role fronts are a specialty of mine, for the record I had to do as many forward roll front flips on a hard floor as I could in one minute, I managed 17 this time not bad, I remember being so dizzy after I had finished.

Always a interesting read
The most pistol squats on a scaffold pole in one minute
The pistol squat is one of the hardest bodyweight exercises for your legs, so to make things a little more difficult for myself I attempted the record whilst balancing on a scaffolding pole 9ft off the ground, I managed 29 pistol squats on the same leg in one minute was a little disappointed I didn't get to 30 but still over the moon none the less! It just means theres more room for improvement, I want to attempt this record again soon but next time I will go for 35 in the minute.
