Don't forget to comment on the posts and follow me on my blog, that's all I ask for. Have a great day!
Wanted To Become A Guitar Hero But Failed?
Tried That Song Again and Again But No Use? Try This:
There is a lot that you can learn even when you are beginner in the guitar learning process. It is not necessary that you should try to play every song that comes to your way or the ones you like the most. You should keep in mind that guitar learning is just like learning any other art and thus it has to be done in a step by step manner. However you can play the song which you have been trying to play and failed. All you need is to stick to a step by step manner which is explained below.
There are many guys and girls who keep complaining that they killed their fingers in trying to play Metallica's, Nirvana's and Creed's solos but they got nothing. Well, look. If the truth to be told, you cannot play such solos as a beginner, in fact; you can't even play any solo when you are in the initial stages of guitar learning. It's a rude, but fact full statement because I have lived that phase when I was a beginner and wanted to play almost every song that I liked at that time but I could not play. In fact, there still are many songs that I can't play even today because of their complexities. But if you really try and go step by step, you can surely make it as a guitar hero .
Now, you have to follow the following rules to learn the faster and easier way:
Keep Working On The Basics: This is very essential. No guitar hero is known without learning the basics and keeping them always in mind. The basics teach you what exactly each set of notes forms up, what each chord family forms up, what major and minor chords makes up a scale which later turns into a solo, and so on. So stick to them.
Pick Songs With Fewer Chords: This one helped me out the most. When I was a beginner some guitarist told me online to find those songs which have fewer chords so I can first master them and then move on to the difficult ones. So I started finding songs that had similar chords in verses, chorus and bridge. This way I only needed to practice few chords and thus I was able to simultaneously focus on the strumming patterns and tabs used in those songs.
Pick Simple Solos: This is simple and obvious. Solos are tough to play and extremely tougher to master. Without practicing the easy ones you can't get anywhere, becoming a guitar hero is far away. First you need to learn different major, minor and pentatonic scales and then you would be able to actually play a solo. Try out some easy solos by breaking them down into different chunks and practice them separately. In the end play them all together and see what you got!
So, stick to these three rules till until you become a guitar hero and the world will be yours! Rock On.
