Lou: First you have to unlock Lou, for that complete career mode successfully for $15,000. Lou is visible with skeleton guitar.
Tom Morello: If you want to defeat him in the Boss battle in career mode, purchase from the store for $10,000.
Slash: If you want to defeat Slash in the Boss battle in the career mode, unlock him by purchasing at the store for $10,000.
