Anyone who has seen Spinal Tap knows those few words- and the awesome reverence they inspire.
A '59 Les Paul paired with a Marshall Cab is pure bliss to most 60's British rockers- including Hendrix.
And this phenomenon cult of Les Paul+Marshall stacks has carried on for at or over 50 years now. It's no wonder: The high-sustain, the hammering crunch- they make guitarist legendary.
Unless you talk to the Fender-only crowd.
Strats, Teles, twang with Fender amps.
Heck, even Hendrix himself was rumored to love Fender in the studio- and strats for that matter.

Imagine if you could jam along in three hour Rock Band marathons with the guys who painstakingly created Guitar Hero and now, Rock Band. Well, now you can.
The Guitar Hero Challenges, duels and fights have now taken on a mythical quality, because you might possibly get to go head-to-head with some of the creators!
Here's how: Go up to Cambridge, that's Beantown, Boston area, and go to the RiverGods bar on the last Tuesday of every month.

If you can't really play, don't worry:
