Just went fishing in February in the Gulf of Mexico for the first time, with Fisherman's Paradise. I don't remember ever having so much fun!!! Bonita fish really fight, and are so beautiful. Can't wait to go back! If you ever want to stay in a beautiful, floating hotel 15 miles offshore, check out Fisherman's Paradise.

Love fishing - whenever and what ever, though my favorites are fresh water: trout and salmon (I have tried these at sea), and sea fishing - billfish.

I lived in Navarre for a year. One one side of the condo was the Gulf and on the other a sound. I would take my fishing pole to the sound and use a hal-fly. I'd bounce it on the bottom a couple of times and catch a flounder every time. One time, I caught something that looked like the scariest catfish I've ever seen. It really freaked me out that all the fish in the ocean seem to have teeth! I never got to go deep sea fishing. I'd like to. But at least most fresh water fish can't bite!

    Hey DayBreak,
Nice lens and still growing. Like the detail about the gulf fish from your lenses. I'm back and building new lenses about bowfishing. Looks like you've been growing why I was away.

Excellent lens. I live in Florida and love to fish the Gulf of Mexico. I use to be a fresh water fisherman and then my girl friend introduced me to salt water fishing and I wont go back.
