As a Certified Human Behavior Specialist and as a Conflict Resolution Subject Matter Expert, he is trained to help others develop their skills in these areas. Holding a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, he understands the struggles and frustrations of technical people in roles requiring the use of "soft" skills. He has spent many years helping technical people grow in their understanding and application of the principles governing human behavior.
