Holding a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, he understands the struggles and frustrations of technical people in roles requiring the use of "soft" skills. He has spent many years helping technical people grow in their understanding and application of the principles governing human behavior.
Guy specializes in conflict resolution, leadership development, and team dynamics. He also applies his goal setting, organizational development, personal development, and relationship development skills in many other arenas as required by his clients.
