Gymboss Interval Timer
The gymboss is a cool little gadget that is used for interval training.
The GymBoss is essentially a timer. You can set intervals after which a beep, vibrate or alarm will go off, letting you know when its time to change intervals.
There is nothing worse that having to look down at your watch while you are running flat out on the treadmill on stationery bike!
Do not underestimate how handy this 20 dollar gadget is - you will thank me later.

I received my GYMBOSS Timer yesterday and used it this morning. I love it!
I like using the HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training method of training and finally both my workout partner and I could actually train at the same time without one of us having to wait while watching the clock and calling out times for the other.
The dual alarm was loud enough for both of us to hear it so we could stay focused on our work and not the clock. This is really going to improve the efficiency of our workouts. Great product!
