Looking For A Wonderful Cookbook for Yourself or to give as a Gift?
Just found out from the Ladies Club: The Cookbook has Sold Out

I am leaving this lens intack and hoping to receive confirmation of reorder. Until that time Please do not send in an order. If you have mailed your order, when it arrives it will be returned if there are not any cookbooks to send to you. I apologize... we didn't expect such a demand on a first edition. Contact me if you have any questions... and if you have posted links anywhere please let people know that we are out of books at this time.
The BEST Cookbook I Have Seen in a Long Time!
The next thing I discovered is a built in cookbook stand that allows you to set up the book on your table or counter (lifted up a bit) so you can work hands free and not worry about a few counter spills getting on the book.

And Then I discovered an expansive appendix with just about everything you might ask about cooking. This is a great gift for newlyweds or young people going off to college, leaving the nest. And, it couldn't hurt to have a copy at home for yourself as well.
The most amazing feature of this book is the recipes. You will not find this simply yet classic and family pleasing recipes just anywhere. I would bet there are many that were well kept family secrets.

"Because it has been said that in order to aquire the first Millican Ladies Club cookbook, you must inherit one, we have taken recipes from that book and included it in this one i.e. the past contributors. Several current members of the community have given recipes for this cookbook; i.e. the present. Recipes have also been given by the children and grandchildren of members of the community, i.e. the future.
This book is dedicated to the past, the present, and future recipe contributors. Some of the recipes are treasured family keepsakes that are dedicated in memory of their loved ones and others are new recipes that are enjoyed by their families...all reflecting the love of good cooking" ~Millican Ladies Club (2008)
