Each and every Gyros Sandwich served by Gyros Kabob Restaurant is made from only the freshest ingredients. It all starts with an open faced lightly toasted Pita bread. Onto this pita, fresh sliced tomatoes and onions are layered. Then comes the meat, some more meat and more (did I mention the meat?) meat... Roasted on a vertical rotating grill (donar), slender ribbons of deliciously seasoned beef & lamb or chicken Gyro Meat are sliced from the rotating donar. These tasty morsels are then heaped onto the pita forming the next layer of your Gyro Sandwich. A few sprigs of cilantro, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, a pinch of crisp iceberg lettuce and... Viola! Attempt to fold/roll for serving.
