We all want healthier, faster growing hair. There are lots of products on the market which claim to make hair grow faster, thicker, healthier, even shinier. I have taken the liberty of personally testing many many products. Here is my Hair Vitamins Review.

In search of the best hair vitamins, I decided to try HairFinity Hair Vitamins, Hair Formula 37, and Viviscal. I found that the HairFinity Vitamins were the only ones that actually worked.

What I found:

Well, I can say that these hair vitamins were definitely more affordable than the others. I decided that I would initially used the vitamins for 3 months before making a conclusion. I actually say a difference in my hair and nails the first month, which was great. So even now, 9 months later, I am still using these vitamins. I think that the hair vitamins have all of the basic nutrients for hair and cell growth. With HairFinity, I only have to take 2 pills a day. I also liked the fact that HairFinity takes the time to give free consultations and recommendations to their customers makes me feel that they really care about their customers. Viviscal Hair Vitamins

A one month supply of these hair vitamins will run you about $60 with shipping.

What I found:

I took Viviscal supplements for 3 months. My hair did not thicken, and did not grow any faster. However, I started suffering with severe face breakouts while using this product. Needless to say, I stopped taking the supplement. It took a couple of months for it to get out of my system and for my face to return to normal.

Hair Formula 37 Hair Vitamins

A one month supply of these hair vitamins will run you about $57 without the herbal booster, and $72 with the booster (including shipping).

What I found:

Way too many pills to take. With just the Step 1 and 2, I found myself taking 8 giant pills a day. For me, there is just something wrong with taking that many pills a day for hair growth. In addition to this, I found that the supplement contains alot of excess amino acids (protein). I do not believe anyone needs to supplement their diet with protein unless they are a body builder or very strict vegetaian. After taking these hair vitamins for 6 months, I did not notice any extraordinary hair growth while taking this supplement, but I did not have any negative side effects either. However, I just could not bring myself to continue investing such a large amount of money in something that was not producing results.

I never tried the GROW Shampoo because it contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate which can strip relaxed hair and cause dryness. Nevertheless, there are NO shampoos or conditioners that can cause your hair to grow faster. Hair is dead, otherwise it would hurt to cut it. Shampoos and conditioners should only be used to keep hair strong and moisturized, therefore preventing breakage. I never buy shampoos and conditioners that claim to make hair grow faster. It just is not possible.

So in conclusion, I would recommend the Hairfinity vitamins to anyone wanting to get longer, stronger hair.
