A little about me....
I design and paint wooden lovelies and sell them from my Etsy shop, which I love dearly.
Colour is my thing - I can't get enough of it. I love, love, love putting them together to create fantastic patternings and designs.
Introducing.........
The Snakes!
These are perfect for children's bedroom walls! Group them together and you can start a great jungle theme. These snakes pictured are the extrovert ones - my favourites - but I also paint them in more camouflage colours - in fact, I can paint them in any colours you like!Even pinks and lilacs for the girls!
Let your imagination go wiggly!
Bring on the........
Lizards!
Mix 'em up with the snakes and your kids will go wild! In jazzy colours to match the snakes or in more sober tones to match the jungle. These are my favourite to paint!
Next up....
The Fish........ oh, yes!
The fish started it! They did, I saw them! This was the first design idea and now my most loved. Bunches of three different sized wooden fish strung with jute twine. Each one is different! No fish, or bunch is the same - and when I start one, I have no idea how it will turn out! Hang them on the walls, suspend them in the porch of your beach house (wish I had one of those! ... beach house, that is, I have a great porch) .... Hang 'em anywhere - everyone needs a little fishiness in their lives!
The Epicenter!
My lovely workspace....
This is where is all comes from! My lovely room ..... it's filled with paints, boxes, unpainted fish, a very annoying rug that moves around the floor even though it is under the table legsThe paint chart up there is a Designer's Guild one - my favourite colours EVER for decorating - most of my house is painted in the colours and I use them for my fish, lizards, hearts and snakes. You can't beat them for purity of colour. Under the desk is a box (large) of beading stuff, old tea towels (for wiping stuff with), tissue paper (for wrapping stuff), and some grass that came in on my feet after I'd mowed the lawn!
There is more about this on my blog!

where you can also see, amongst things, the wall of my toilet!
Wait! There's a bit more....
I love you all!
I do! Which leads me to my hearts. Classic in design but subjected to the paintbrush of me - they take on a new lease of life!Big ones, chunky ones, little ones - these are ongoing and new shapes and sizes are in the pipeline - The picture shows a chunky one!
