To all teddy bear lovers, please meet Candy Corn Teddy, the latest Build-A-Bear Halloween furry friend in 2010.
Every year, Build-A-Bear Workshop will introduce a Halloween-theme bear or animal (usually a cat) to add a little spooky fun to the festive mood. This year, they have introduced a sweet and adorable white Halloween teddy bear, called "Candy Corn Teddy" and a pitch black furry feline, "Midnight Kitty" to the collection.

2010 Build-A-Bear Halloween Collection
Candy Corn Teddy
Launched in October 2010, this 16 inch Build-A-Bear Workshop Halloween Candy Corn Teddy is the 12th of the Beary Limited Edition Collectibear. If you take a closer look, you can see that the candy corns designs on the fur actually "pops" out slightly. And the bear has a cute little candy corn embroidery as its nose.
This Candy Corn Teddy bear is very similar to the Cuddly Candy Teddy launched in 2005, Pawsome Pumkin Teddy launched in 2006 and Corn Candy Bear launched in 2007. If you are new to Build-A-Bear and has the intention to start collecting its Halloween bears, here's how you tell them apart.
- 2005 Cuddly Candy Teddy has pale orange fur with candy corn patterns
- 2006 Pawsome Pumkin Teddy has white fur with pumpkins patterns
- 2007 Corn Candy Bear has yellow fur with candy corn patterns
- 2010 Candy Corn Teddy has white fur with candy corn patterns

There is a wide variety of very special and fun costumes from the Build-A-Bear Workshop to doll up your furry friends. You can choose to dress up your furry friends as Darth Vader from the Star Wars Movie, Cinderella from Disney or Buzz Lightyear from The Toy Story.

Adorable Spooky Feline?
Build-A-Bear Workshops also often add Halloween Kitty to its Halloween Collection. This year, they have a 40cm Midnight Kitty but it is only available in UK.Compared to the Build-A-Bear Halloween feline from the past years, this one is a lot more spooky because of its pitch black fur. Black cats are usually associated with evil, witches, and bad luck. But this one is lovely and has charming eyes in the shade of seductive violet. Does this adorable thing look like something bad to you?
