Halloween Costume Ideas for Grown-Ups

Adult Halloween costume ideas can come in all shapes and sizes. You can go with the traditional Halloween costumes - think ghosts, ghouls, witches and mummies - or you can go with something new and unique. Or you could split the difference, going with something new but not unique at all. Think Michael Jackson or another recently deceased celebrity.

That's one of the favorite tropes for adult Halloween costume ideas these days: Going as someone who recently died. It's got the right amount of creativity combined with plenty of "that's sick!" to make it an eye-catcher. If done right, you could even bring your own stuffed chimpanzee with you. You remember Bubbles, right? Jackson's chimp companion from the late 80s/early 90s? That's a costume everyone would recognize.
