No Trick! These Are Really Cute Treats For Halloween!

These Halloween poop treats have been around the internet crafting community for quite awhile in one form or another, so I'd like to share these with you for your Halloween holiday fun.

Bat Poop, Ghost Poop and Pumpkin Poop make adorable and original treats to give out on Halloween night. You can also make them as party favors for the kid's school parties, for office parties, etc.

Easy and fast to make, the kids will enjoy helping too!

Bat Poop

Use raisins; licorice, root beer or other dark jelly beans; chocolate covered peanuts (you get the idea!) and put them in a little bag, a cellophane cone bag would be PERFECT for this!

Write out one of the poems below on colored paper or cardstock and cut to size for the bag. You can punch a hole in a corner to run some ribbon or raffia through. Then attach the poem to the bag. These would be great little party favors for kids' Halloween parties, fun treats for office parties, or if you make smaller bags, you can give them to the trick-or-treaters in your neighborhood.

BAT POOP
I hear that you've been playing tricks,
So listen, here's the scoop...
I'm running short on candy treats,
So this year you get Bat Poop!!!

Here's another one!

BAT POOP
Furry Little bats,
They don't like cats.
They fly at night,
They are a sight.
They come and go by the moonlight.
So.....
Beware of where you step~
BAT POOP!!!

Pumpkin Poop!

Place some candy corn into a little plastic pumpkin (you can probably get them at the dollar stores) OR those *wonderful* cellophane cone bags or even the smaller clear cellophane gift bags would go great here! Practice food safety by making sure your container or bags are FDA approved for food.

Write or print out the poem below on colored paper or card stock and cut to size. You can punch a hole and run some ribbon or raffia through the hole. Then attach the poem to the bag. These would be such CUTE little party favors for kids' Halloween parties, fun treats for office parties, or if you make smaller bags, you can give them to the trick-or-treaters in your neighborhood. Just make sure the bags you use are FDA approved for food.

Pumpkin Poop
I started to carve a pumpkin
With my carving knife and scoop.
But the pumpkin got so scared,
He took a little poop!

It looked so cute and funny,
Just like a candy treat.
So I'm sharing it with you now,
Because you are so sweet.

Too cute! I love the bat poop idea. Matter of fact, I think that's what we should do for the three brothers that come to our house on Halloween. (They're our only trick-or-treaters, because we live at the Observatory, see, and they're the only kids who live up here, too.) They'd get such a kick out of that.
