Hamburger Meat Recipes
Many of us can't afford to eat steak for dinner every night. We can afford hamburger meat though. I myself always have hamburger meat but am looking for new ideas of things to make with it. We can't have spaghetti or Hamburger Helper every night now can we?
I am creating this lens to give you recipes that include hamburger meat and a few other things you might have already in your kitchen or pantry. These are EASY recipes, because I am not a complicated person!

Cheeseburger Mashed Potato Pie
A Recipe The Kids Will Even Love
Ingredients:
Instant Prepared Mashed Potatoes - About 4 cups
1/4 to 1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
1) Cook your hamburger meat in a frying pan until done. Drain the fat and set aside.
2) In a medium size baking dish, add a layer of the potatoes about an inch thick.
3) Add the ground beef on top of the mashed potatoes to make a second layer.
4) Add half of the cheese to make a third layer.
5) Add the rest of the mashed potatoes to make a fourth layer.
6) Add the rest of the cheese to the top to make the 5th layer.
7) Place in your oven and bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted and you see part of the potatoes golden brown.
8) Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes

1 can enchilada sauce (10oz)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
6 flour tortillas (10-inch size)
2 cups canned whole kernel corn
Directions:
1) In a skillet brown the ground beef and drain.
2) Stir in the enchilada sauce and salsa
3) In a greased baking dish (13x9) place two tortillas on the bottom, overlap them if necessary.
4) Cover with 1/3 of the meat mixture.
5) Top with about 1 cup of corn.
6) Add a layer of the cheese.
7) Repeat steps above for remaining ingredients
8) Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
