I am searching for good radio products to offer here that I like and may be of interest to you also!
While I have not yet tried the internet connect radios or HD radios, they are a dream and upcoming technology that I have heard only good things about so far.
As far as the weather alert radio, everyone should have one of these, I have this unit and have mine on all the time and whenever bad weather is heading my way, I get a heads up with an instant alert, great for weather watchers or anyone concerned about the weather, you can set the alert to only go off when it effects your county.
And the 10 meter mobile radio that can also be used as a base station as well, 10 meters will be really going great guns again in a few months, might as well get ready, and if you can't afford a fully equiped HF radio with all bands, this would be a great choice! I used one of these for some years and had a blast. Even worked Japan on a rig very much like this one during the last sunspot cycle.
