Start Marketing Your Home Based Greeting Card Business

Get the word out about your business! Everyone is a potential customer because just about every person buys greeting cards, right? Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Buy business cards and give them to friends and family. Vistaprint offers free business cards(among other free items) as well as 50% off premium custom business cards. Make sure you carry those business cards all the time!

  • Include a link to your website in your email signature. Every person you email will then know that you have a greeting card business.

  • Post a free classified ad at Craigslist.com. There are tons of other places on the internet to post free ads, but I've had success at Craigslist.

  • Create a MySpace page! You thought MySpace was just for teenagers? Business people are now using this social networking site to market their business.

  • More Marketing Resources
