The Handel Group, founded by sisters and life coaching pioneers Lauren (Handel) Zander and Beth (Handel) Weissenberger, is a corporate, private, and educational coaching company based in New York City.

The Handel Group Corporate Division has used their methodologies to successfully transform areas of larger, public organizations all the way down to smaller, more boutique and private business. Clientele includes such organizations as BASF, Sony-BMG, Diptyque, BP, The New York Times, NYU Medical Center and the executive team of Vogue's Publishing Director, Tom Florio. From company-wide initiatives, to corporate seminars, even detail oriented work with specific individuals, the success of the Corporate Division is largely based upon their expertise at resolving interpersonal issues that impede an organization's growth and profitability.

The Private Coaching Division, with over 15 years of experience coaching thousands of individuals, groups, entrepreneurs, couples, and families, works specifically with clients on how to take focused and powerful action in any of the important areas of life. Such areas include but are not limited to intimacy, career, relationship to self, relationships of a personal or business nature, health/body and family. The Handel Group is dedicated to a results based and fast acting alternative to many other kinds of "talk therapy" or counseling. The Private Division also regularly leads "life coaching" workshops all over New York City at Equinox Fitness Centers as well as in California at the renowned Esalen Institute.

In addition, in 2006, The Handel Group Education Division partnered up with MIT to develop and teach their groundbreaking course, Living an Extraordinary Life (now titled Designing Your Life). A journey in fulfilling one of their greatest goals: "to revolutionize formal education to include and address how to life powerfully and effectively," the course, as a result of rave reviews and ever-increasing student interest is now being offered for the fourth time. The Handel Group's courses have also been implemented to the Sloan Fellows at the MIT Sloan School of Management, the residents in the department of anesthesiology at NYU School of Medicine, and the undergraduate students at Rutgers University Business School.
