Boozing is fun... hangovers aren't

Trying to help fix your hangover the day after a heavy night out on the razz.

I'm pretty sure i've had every hangover symptom on the go so I've spent the past few years trying to investigate the best ways to get rid of a hangover and I'm now sharing my findings with you.

Dude... my head hurts!

What is the cause of and how do I get rid of a hangover?

Well you'd have to be an idiot if you didn't realise that nine bottles of strong German lager, five Cuba Libres and the ultimate shot of Vodka you had the previous night out with the boys are the reason you have a banging headache today. It may come across like a silly quandary but what is it precisely about the extreme consumption of alcoholic beverages that human body doesn't like? Even more so when it gives impression to really love it so much at the time. Even more importantly just how do we get rid of a hangover?

The principal source of your hangover is ethanol, the type of alcohol found in booze. Unfortunately for those that cherish the warm buzz this brings, it is additionally a diuretic meaning it makes us need to urinate. The longer we slurp the more we urinate which consequently turns to dehydration.

Since being dehydrated contributes to the banging head, dry mouth and lazy vibe that generally will come after a boozy night out. To help lessen the anticipated hangover the following day you could have a glass of water after every cocktail or even limit the total of spirits you consume. That is of course if you're being a wise ass and as most of us are aware of, when it gets to booze, we scarcely seem to be.

It isn't entirely being dehydrated that triggers the hangover though. Our system's ineffectiveness to breakdown the ethanol into chemicals significantly less harmful furthermore eliminate it from dealing with a decline in blood sugar quantities, particularly to the brain. Man, my head hurts! This deficiency of glucose to the brain feeling morose and commonly not wanting to stand up and go to work.

There's a whole host of hangover symptoms including a bad head, stomach ache, feeling sick, not being able to concentrate plus not being bothered to get up when your alarm goes off. Thankfully you're unlikely to get them all right away unless of course you slurped the bar dry.
