Hank Zipzer books are great for preteens.
Encouraging your child to read has never been so important as it is today. With all of the distractions kids have today reading is usually the last on their list to do.
My 10 year old loves playing video and computer games. My husband and I wanted him to read more and play less video games, as I am sure is the same with most parents. I saw Henry Winkler talking about his series of books written for kids on the today show. I went on Amazon and ordered a few to see how he would like them. He LOVED LOVED LOVED them. We are working our way through the series. All I can say is that Henry better start writing more because my son is reading more than ever. Thanks to Henry Winkler and the wonderful Hank Zipzer.

These books were inspired by Henry Winkler. The stories are funny and your child will be able to relate to the struggles, achievements and everyday life of Hank Zipzer. My son has started reading this series and LOVES them.
