Could June 17th be the Happiest Day of 2012?

Happy Happy Day!

According to university tutor, Cliff Arnall's formula (O (N xS) Cpm/T He) June 17th will be the happiest day of 2012. As TheRaggedEdge is useless at math formulae (I thought a formula should have an '=' in it somewhere?), I am still waiting for confirmation of this....it might be the following week - June 24th.

Maybe we could make them both extremely happy days?

Incidentally (not that you would even worry about it), the worst day, the most miserable, the unhappiest day of the year is 23rd January 2012

The Happiness Formula

  • O = Outdoors/outdoor activity

  • N = Nature

  • S = Socialization

  • Cpm = Childhood positive memories

  • T = Temperature

  • HE = Holiday (vacation) expected

Will you make June 17th YOUR happiest day?

The unhappiest day - Blue Monday - falls on a Monday in January, conversely the happiest day falls on a Friday. It takes into account the likely weather, the prospect of a good weekend ahead, the fact that many people are looking forward to their annual vacation and that Christmas stress is a long way away.

It's no coincidence that the happiest day falls around midsummer; we all tend to feel healthier at this time of year. Vitamin D levels are up, we are outside and moving around more. If we have stuck to our post-winter healthy-eating regime, we are consuming plenty of sunshine salads so are generally close to our preferred weight too. All combine to make us feel good.

Can All This Law of Attraction Stuff Make Me Happy?

Of course it can. And that's where I see so many people miss the point. They all hooked onto 'The Secret' and thought that it was about visualizing their desires so they would instantly manifest. Nope. Wrong.

Making the Law of Attraction work is only about ONE thing. Feeling good. Your gorgeous, yummy, thrilling desires cannot happen unless you are in vibrational harmony with them. If you are feeling less than hopeful, optimistic, inspired or joyful then you're nowhere near those glorious manifestations.

Luckily, there is no need to feel like you are failing if you don't feel good right now. The trick is to KNOW this and take the first little steps towards feeling better. Do whatever it takes to move one level at a time. Practice. Be aware where you are on the emotional scale and where you want to be. Find some inspirational reading to help you get there.

F. Young says: "I am a fan of Law of Attraction type books and have read most of them. A little burnt out, to be honest with you. Kept hearing great things about this one and decided to dig in at the suggestion of a friend who loaned me her copy. This book gave me a greater understanding of the Law of Attraction and took everything to a new level. It has really been a shot in the arm for me and I'm starting to read more books on the subject and go through older books I've had for years, looking at them with new eyes.

The concept is simple -- FLOAT IN YOUR BOAT!! Don't fight things, just go with it. "

"I love feeling good. I love feeling good.
Nothing is more important than that I feel good.
I want to be true to myself.
The better I feel, the more connected I am."
