- First off, I love the evolution of dance video, that is absolutely the best. I also like the massive amount of detail that you provide here about how to be truly happy in life even when things may not be going exactly as you would like them to. It through this that people are able to learn what they need to know and try to be happy. Nice lens.

- Happiness is important, but it is also a temporary feeling that passes. You have to keep that in mind. Yes, it's true you can choose to be happy, but sometimes it still depends on the situation. Good points though.

- The real happiness is when you are happy for no reason at all! You're just happy, happy to be around with all these good things. Never mind the bad ones. Just learn how to turn them into positive motivation, then, you'll be happy! This is what I've learned from some lenses and now, I've learned something new from your own lens! - Great lens! Remember the song "Don't Worry, Be Happy". Sorry if you are playing that one in your head for awhile but it has to make you smile. Worries are often fears about things we can't control. - Good thoughts! Noticing and enjoying simple things is so important. A bath, some music, a "long-cut" drive home from work to enjoy the scenery, a warm cookie, a few minutes with a pet, an evening walk... People are far too busy and connected!

- I believe that if you find ways to make yourself smile and laugh that you will make your life happier, and it will rub off on others too.
That's one reason I created various lenses about humor and jokes, not only to ake me happy, but to spread the happiness around the world.
