Happy Heiny's Cloth Diapers

Happy Heiny's cloth diapers are the brainchild of Linda Byerline, owner of Happy Heiny's and Stacinator. Linda started making Happy Heiny's when her daughter was a baby. Linda's daughter was a premie and at that time there were very few options for cloth diapering premies. Today, Happy Heiny's is a million dollar cloth diaper manufacturer but Linda still takes a hands-on approach to her cloth diaper business.

Happy Heiny's makes pocket diapers in sized and one-size options, as well as hemp pocket fitted diapers, sherpa fitted diapers and various cloth diapering accessories. Stacinator diaper covers include PUL (polyutethane laminate), fleece and wool covers. Happy Heiny's and Stacinator products are made in the USA.

Happy Heiny's One Size Diaper

Arguably the most popular option in cloth diapering today, the one size pocket diaper is a hit with moms and dads. One size diapers typically fit from about 8 or 10 pounds to 35 pounds so you only need to buy one set of diapers to last until potty training for most babies. Smaller babies will need a newborn size diaper for the first few weeks or months. Happy Heiny's now offers a mini-one size and their standard one size. The mini works best for babies from about 4 pounds to 16 pounds.

Easy to use, the one size pocket diaper from Happy Heiny's offers a snap-adjustable rise setting and hook and loop (like Velcro) tabs so you can easily diaper your little one just as fast as with a disposable. The pocket opening in the back allows you to adjust the absorbency as needed. These popular diapers come with two microfiber inserts so you can use the small one for newborns, the larger insert for older babies, and both for heavy wetters or overnight.

The Happy Heiny's one size cloth diaper is available in wide range of colors and several new prints. Click here to see some of the available colors and prints of Happy Heiny's One Size cloth diapers.

Happy Heiny's Pocket Diapers

Pocket diapers offer a stay dry lining, a waterproof outer layer and a pocket opening so you can adjust the absorbency. Happy Heiny's pocket diapers are easy to use, even for those unfamiliar with cloth diapers. You can stuff a pocket diaper with a fast-drying microfiber insert or opt for an environmentally friendly hemp insert, or both for to hold back the tides.

Happy Heiny's have a nice wide tab that is easy to use. Their pocket opening is one of the wider openings available on pocket diapers so even dad can get his hand in there to stuff the diaper.

So, why buy a sized diaper when you could buy one-size diapers? Part of it is personal preference, but sized diapers (those that come in sizes such as small, medium and large) offer a snug fit for a specific size, rather than a potentially bulky fit on small babies and a too-tight fit on toddlers. If you plan to use the diapers again for a second baby, sized diapers may last longer since they are not used for as many washings as a one size diaper.

Happy Hempy Cloth Diapers

Happy Hempy diapers are a good choice for use with natural covers such as wool diaper covers. Hemp is naturally super absorbent and the pocket fitted design allows you to choose the absorbency. Many parents swear by a Happy Hempy stuffed with one hemp insert and one microfiber insert with a fleece or wool diaper cover for overnights - even with flood-releasing toddlers.

Happy Hempy's are available with hemp lining or a soft microfleece lining so baby feels dry, even overnight. Made in the USA from hemp/organic cotton fleece.

Heiny Huggers Sherpa Diapers

Heiny Huggers are a soft, fitted diaper made from cotton sherpa. Sherpa is a brushed terry cloth. These diapers are soft, absorbent and easy to use. Fitted diapers are a great choice for babies of any size, but we particularly like fitted diapers on newborns to help contain messes.

You'll need to use a diaper cover over them. We like wool covers or Thirsties diaper covers.
