Happy Holidays to my Squidoo Pals

Well, we are almost through another year. We have shared in each other's daily lives, helped each other out, learned new things, shared lots of laughs, made a little cash for us, raised a little cash for charity, and created a heck of a lot of lenses! LOL

We all have met so many new friends, and sadly we lost a few special friends too.

We have shared good times, silly times, and exciting times, along with a few bad days and difficult times too, but we always seem to gather around and help and support each other along the way.

The Squidoo community is filled with such wonderful, caring, fun, silly and very talented people and I am so thankful and lucky to have met all of you.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday season, surrounded by family, special friends and loved ones.

And I'm pretty sure you have all been good this year, so I'll speak to Santa when he flies over Canada to see if he will leave lots of goodies under your tree. If you find a lump of coal under the tree, well you know what that means! LOL

Oh ya, don't forget to leave him some milk and cookies! And Rudolph and the gang prefer carrots.

If you are travelling, have a safe trip and sure hope the airlines don't lose your luggage LOL. If you are heading out to parties or family gatherings, remember friends don't let friends drink and drive.

And I can hardly wait for our Christmas dinner, how about you?

I'm looking forward to 2009 very much, I always look forward to what each new year will bring. As I become a little older each year, I always hope I become wiser too.

I know some of us may have some very difficult times ahead, but if we can remember to focus on the positive and be thankful for the good things in our lives, no matter how small, that may help get us through it. I know it's hard to do sometimes, but if we really look, we can always find something to be thankful for.

If you make any New Year Resolutions, best of luck! But be sure you set reasonable goals, that way you will most likely succeed. Me? II'll be quitting smoking in a few days!
