Hard boiled eggs are a versatile and yummy addition to many of your favorite dishes.

Everyone likes their eggs cooked to perfection... my favorite is a 4-minute egg. The egg white is cooked firm, while the yolk remains soft and fluffy.

No undercooked eggs for me!

I love to cook, and share some of my favorite family recipes. I like to create step-by-step instructions for those who are new to the kitchen, and the wonderful world of cooking!

With that in mind, let's take a look at how simple it is to boil an egg, then explore some ways to use them.
