Hare

Everybody knows the story of the tortoise and the hare, and the character of the March Hare in Alice in Wonderland.

Perhaps the reason the hare has featured in literature is because it is such a fascinating animal. I have been luck enough to see them on a visit to the RHS Hyde Hall garden in Essex, and wish they were easier to find!
