    5* I actually liked Oprah a lot more in the "old" days and watched her show daily...something about it just doesn't sit well w/ me anymore...but then again, not much does sit well w/ me anymore! lol

    she's fantastic! My most favorite among her shows was the time when she gave gifts to her audience on Christmas and did charity works to African children.

    Beautiful lens. I love Oprah. She likes my second mother to me ever since I've moved to the US. in 1990. I learned a lot by just watching her show and know what book to read when I feel like. I've been her fan and watched her show since she was still in Baltimore and that where I went to school as well. I just love her personality and her spirituality. We need more people like Oprah!

    I couldn't believe Oprah gave away those cars once on her show. She's given so much other stuff for free too, and the one thing that especially caught my eye was that goyin juice, since I know a lot of people that drink it (including me!).

    Influential, Inspiring, admirable, eternally dedicated, this is how i se Oprah! She is an amazing person whom inspires so many people everyday. Her words of wisdom influences so many people to improve their lives. Her humanitorian deeds are never ending and therefore will never be forgotten by anyone. A true character not just to herself but to so many that look up to her and admire her strengt, currage and her never ending belief in people today. She is a rolemodel and will always be remebered for just, being her, being Oprah!

    I think that you have done a good job. I am not really a fan of Oprah, I mean I am supportive of how she has been so emotionally and spritually helpful and economnically helpful to the diasvantaged but I just wish she would talk more about why they are disadvantaged. Angel

    Thanks for joining the 'Women of Note' group with two great lenses. I really admire Oprah for many reasons -her posive can-do attitude and the way in which she got people reading with her book club. This is as I said a great lens that really does her justice.

    My heart goes out to Oprah and all who are associated with the Oprah Winfrey Girls Academy. Her responses to problems at the school are timely and appropriate.
    Oprah has a heart of gold. She uses her success to help others.

    Awesome lens abut the most inspiring woman on the planet. I loved her programme about the "Pay It Forward" giveaway when 314 women took the challenge to give a $1,000 gift to complete strangers. Some women multiplied that sum into amazing amounts by enrolling others.

    I was interviewed earlier this year to appear on her Valentine Day's show. It was on unusual love stories. I had written a story posted to PBS and one of her representatives contacted the host who contacted me. In the end my story was not chosen. And you know what, I didn't want to do the show.
