BASILISK CALZONE

Bite into this, before it bites into you!

EASY TO MAKE CALZONE

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
31 slices peperoni, divided
1 egg white
1 drop green food coloring
2 green olives with pimento
1 cup pizza sauce

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Roll out pizza doll into rectangle.
Cut one slice pepperoni into a snake tongue.
Mix mozarella and ricotta cheese together.
Place 1/2 the pepperoni on the dough rectangle, leaving 1 inch border on all sides.
Spoon 1/2 cheese mixture on pepperoni.
Spoon remaining cheese mixture on top.
Roll up dough "jelly roll" style, starting on a long side, and then pinch together.
Place roll, seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. Form in the shape of an "S"
Beat egg white with fork. divide in 2. Brush dough with egg white. With other half of egg white, add green food coloring and brush over the dough giving it a "snaky" appearance.
Place the pepperoni tongue at one end to make it's mouth. Place olives (you can use toothpicks if necessary) to make the eyes.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Heat pizza sauce and serve it on the side.

PROFESSOR TRELAWNEY'S EYES

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tomato, Sliced
Fresh Mozzarella (6 small pieces)
6 Green Olives, sliced in half
6 Basil Leaves
Olive Oil

Lay a basil leaf on a cracker or piece of toast. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Add a slice of tomato. Top with two pieces fresh mozarella, and top each of those with olive slices to form eye balls. Eat and Enjoy...if you dare!

BUTTER BEER

Ingredients:

2 cups light or dark brown sugar
4 tablespoons water
1 1/2 Sticks butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, divided
1 teaspoon rum extract
8 12-ounce bottles cream soda

In a small saucepan over medium, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a gentle boil and cook, stirring often, until the mixture reads 240 F on a candy thermometer.

Stir in the butter, salt, vinegar and 1/2 cup heavy cream. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Once the mixture has cooled, stir in the rum extract.

In a medium bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of the brown sugar mixture and the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream. Use an electric mixer to beat until just thickened, but not completely whipped, about 2 to 3 minutes.

To serve, divide the brown sugar mixture between 8 tall glasses (about 1/4 cup for each glass). Add 1/4 cup of cream soda to each glass, then stir to combine. Fill each glass nearly to the top with additional cream soda, then spoon the whipped topping over each.

OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN AND CORN ON THE COB

1 Chicken, cut up into pieces
1/2 Cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 Cup butter
1 Bottle Barbecue sauce
8 Ears of Corn
1 Stick Butter (For Corn)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking pan with foil. Melt 1/2 cup butter in pan while oven is preheating. (Do not scorch.)
Remove skin from chicken. Rinse in cold water and drain on paper towels.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in large zip lock. Add chicken to bag and shake to coat.
Place chicken in pan of melted butter. Cook for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over. Coat with Barbecue Sauce and cook an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

During last twenty minutes of cooking, shuck corn. Place ears in a large pot of boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt. Cook 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain most of the water. Cover with lid to keep warm until chicken is cooked.

Allow stick of butter to come to room temperature, so your guests can easily coat their ears of corn.

Serve.

INFERI FINGERS

Beware As You Reach Into the Dip...They Are Reaching Back!

1 Carton Sour Cream
1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
Carrots
Slivered Almonds

In a serving bowl, mix together sour cream, ranch dip and blue cheese dressing.
Using 5 peeled carrots, add a dab of dip and a slivered almond to make a fingernail on each of hte carrots. Arrange as fingers sticking out of the dip.
Serve with a platter of carrots.
HINT: You can make all of your carrots into Inferi Fingers by adding alond slivers to each with a dab of dip.

WORMTAIL'S PINKY FINGERS

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Sliced Ham Lunchmeat
1 package thinly sliced Swiss Cheese
Slivered Almonds

For each pinky, place one slice cheese on top one slice ham. Roll up. At one end, place a slivered almond to make a fingernail.

1 package Blue Berry Flavored Kool Aid
1 (2) Liter Bottle Lemon Lime Soda
1 (64 Ounce) Bottle White Cranberry Juice
1 Cup Sugar (Or to taste)
8 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

In large punch bowl, mix together blue drink mix, soda, juice, and then add sugar to taste. Float scoops of ice cream on top. The ice cream will melt a little into the punch, turning it a delightful Pixie Blue.

FIERY BABY DRAGON WINGS

1 pound chicken wings
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3-4 tablespoons tabasco or hot sauce
2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoon jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 Jar Blue Cheese Dressing
Carrot and Celery Sticks

Preheat oven to 350°
Combine tomato sauce, seasonings, peppers in bowl.

Dip wings in sauce and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.

Serve with Blue Cheese with Carrot and Celery Sticks

1 Cauliflower head
1 Can Beets, diced

Steam cauliflower until tender.
Cook beets until warm and crisp-tender.
Place Cauliflower in a serving dish. Add beets around bottom of cauliflower. Pour some of the beet juice over the cauliflower head to give it a nice brainy color.

ARAGOG'S CHILDREN

Ingredients:

6 Eggs, hard boiled
2 teaspoons sweet relish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Black olives

Hard boil eggs. Peel. Slice eggs in half.
Scoop yolks into bowl. Add mayo, mustard, pepper, salt. Mix well.
Spoon mixture back into egg whites.
Slice 6 black olive in half. Place 1/2 olive in the middle of each yolk.
Slice olive strips to make legs. Place four strops on each side of the Olive half to make a spider.
Chill and serve.
