Biography
Harry Enfield became a legend in the 80's. His characters quickly became national institutions everyone could relate to from Stavros, the Greek kebab seller to Loads-a-Money, the vulgar yuppie. By the early 90's he was on with Harry Enfield's Television Programme on BBC2 followed by the phenomenally successful Harry Enfield and Chums in 92. In 94 Harry introduced Kevin the Teenager to the nation, as well as Tim Nice-but-Dim, The Slobs and the Old Gits.Teamwork
Harry Enfield started writing with Charlie Higson and Paul Whitehouse back at University when the three students lived on the same Hackney estate. The collaboration took them to Saturday Night Live. Whitehouse and Enfield carried on working together on Harry Enfield's Television Programme with the added help of Kathy Burke who stayed on board for Harry Enfield and Chums. Paul Whitehouse and Charlie Higson's also hatched their own series, the Fast Show. Harry's latest endeavour 'Celeb' sees him playing ageing rocker, Gary Bloke.

- Nice to get a bit of background on Harry. Love hime and League of Gentlemen - Hint add a guestbook to that lens. Love the Fast Show too. Nothing like them here on US television unless you watch British of course. Harry Enfield was a huge hit in New Zealand.
