Getting Married
In the Harvest Moon games you have the option to get married, but if you don't your game will end by the end of chapter one, so I'd recommend it. In Harvest Moon Cute there are 11 eligible bachelors, however for 5 of them you must have a copy of "Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town" or "Harvest Moon More Friends of Mineral Town" for Gameboy Advance and put it in slot 2 of your DS to unlock them.
Requirements for Marriage
- You need to upgrade your house twice then buy the big bed from the shopping channel.
- You need to have experienced all four heart events with you bachelor except for Skye who has five.
- You need to have 60,000 AP and have the blue feather. The blue feather can be purchased at the super market when your bachelors AP is at 50,000.
- You have to have rescued 60 Harvest Sprites then that rescues the Harvest Goddess. The Harvest Goddess has to be at every wedding.
The Blue Feather
The blue feather is how you propose. You must fulfill all the marriage requirements before you propose. If you give you bachelor the blue feather he should accept unless it is Skye then go to sleep with the blue feather in your rucksack after you show it to him and you will be woke up by Skye wanting to steal it from you. If you give it to him you will be married in a week.
*HINT: If you want a girl baby propose on an odd day and if you want a boy baby propose on an even day.

Bachelors of Forget-Me-Not Valley
The bachelors of Forget-Me-not Valley are Carter, Grifin, Gustafa, Marlin, Rock, and Skye.
Carter
- Carter is an archaeologists and spends most of his time at the dig site. If you wish to marry him your rival will be Flora.
- His Birthday is Spring 11
- His favorite thing is candied potatoes
- He likes lithographs, eggplant, wool, and riceballs
- He hates ultimate curry
Grifin
- Grifin is a bar tender and spends most of his time working at the blue bar. If you wish to marry him your rival will be Muffy.
- His birthday is Summer 13
- His favorite thing is fish stew
- He likes fish, wine, eggs, ores, gems, and french fries
- He hates risotto
Gustafa
- Gustafa loves to play his guitar and spends most of his time in his yurt or the turtle swamp. If you want to marry him your rival will be Nami.

- He likes popcorn, boiled eggs, peaches, and flowers
- He hates sashimi
Marlin
- Marlin is a farmer like you and works on Vesta's Farm. If you want to Marry him your rival will be Celia.

Skye
- Skye is different from the other bachelors because he only comes out on sunny nights and doesn't come the night after a festival. He will be at the town entrance at 10:00pm an walk to the waterfall except on Sunday when he walks around the town. You will have no rival if you want to marry him but he leaves every girl in Forget-Me-Not Valley speechless in his presence.

Rock
- Rock doesn't do much but think everyone is in love with him and lives in the Inner Inn. If you want to marry him your rival will be Lumina.

Mineral Town Bachelors

- Kai is a Mineral town bachelor and if you want to marry him you will have no rivals. When you get married he will move into your house and your game will not end like in Harvest Moon DS. You can find him around town and at the beach. He runs a snack shack in the summer and stay at the Inner Inn.

Grey

Rick
- Rick is a Mineral town bachelor and you will have no rivals if you want to marry him. When you get married he will move onto your farm with you and your game will continue unlike in Harvest Moon DS. You will find Rick Mostly just walking around town.

Trent

Having a Baby
You will have a baby a little while after marriage. In Harvest Moon Cute you can now choose the gender of your kid. Make sure you propose on an odd day and you will have to a girl, propose on an even day and you will have a boy.
Harvest Sprites
On the first day of the game when you set every thing up the Harvest Goddess will come with some Sprites. She will say you are disobedient and lazy because you won't wake up. Your parents sent her to make sure you do a good job working the farm. When she gets mad the Harvest King yells at her and accidentally sends her and all the Harvest Sprites to another world. Then he tells you to work hard and it will bring them back. During the game you will notice them come back. They can help you with your work. One day your walking over the bridge and a Sprite pops up and says he's glad he made it in time for the grand opening your confused so he takes you to the Sprite Tree. He shows you inside and it's a casino. Now you can play cards to win medals then hire Sprites to help with your work. You can also buy things in the casino with medals like cookbooks, seeds or special items like Love Bangle used for checking AP and FP. You can unlock 3 card games. Once you find 60 Harvest Sprites the Harvest Goddess will come back.
Crops
You can buy seeds at the Super Market an then plant them. Water your crops or have Harvest Sprites do it for you. You can also buy more variety of seeds from Vesta if she's not in the field or in the casino with medals.
Getting Animals
In Harvest Moon Cute you can have cows, sheep, a horse, chickens, ducks, a cat and a dog. Getting a cat and dog is one of the first things you do. You get them the first day while you name your ranch and your person. To get a cow or sheep you need to build an animal shed then you can order your animals from Yodel Ranch. To get chickens or ducks build a bird shed then order them from the Poultry Farm. The ducks don't show up to buy 'til later in the game. You don't have to do anything to get a horse just play then late summer to early fall in Year One Taukura will bring you a horse and say it keeps coming back to our farm. He asks if you would like it to stay in the stable. Say yes and it's yours.
