With all of the forever advancing technology out there and the ever increasing need for staff, it really is sad to see that so very many people hate the job they go to everyday. Morning after morning and day after day people wake up just to go to a job that they can't stand. They make the commute to a place they would rather not be and work for a boss that they hate. Why?

If you're anything like me you hate your boss.
Let's be straight, I hate my boss or actually I did when I had one. My boss was the worst, he was a mean old fashioned man who had no concept of future, advancement or technology. This guy was the type of man that believed women had no place outside of the home. He also believed that unless you get dirty and work up a sweat, you are not really working. The staff was overworked and under paid, much like many places. There was no good reason for not showing up at work, not even a family death. I could go on but you get the point, I hated my boss. What do you do when you hate your job

Now that we have established that you hate your job and you hate your boss, what are you going to do about it?Make changes! Sit down and think about the things you like to do. What skills do you have. What makes you happy when you are doing it? Use this information and start searching for a new job, or maybe even go back to school and learn how to be your own boss.
Being in a job you hate dealing with a boss you hate is no good for you or the people around you. You will become very stressed and this can lead to large problems. You have only one life so make the most of it and be happy.
