Ranked #20,939 in Healthy Living, #308,261 overall | Donates to Squidoo Charity Fund

The Yeast infection is one of the most common conditions that undermine our health and vitality. The problem can be mild (superficial) of nature, but in many cases it can also be severe and dangerous (systemic). The real problem is that up to 75% of the population unknowingly has the Infection.

Even more disconcerting is the fact that they have never heard of Yeast Infection. Lets have a look at the symptoms - what causes the Infection - how to diagnose it - what can be done to eliminate the problem for good.

Which of The following Therapies for Candida albicans is the Most Suitable Option?

As someone who repeatedly suffered numerous yeast infections over the years I was always on the lookout for the best Candida Albicans treatments that would relieve my pain and suffering.

I mean, let's be honest. No one wants to regularly suffer from itchy, irritated, inflamed skin in their genital region and I could really do without the burning sensation when I went to the bathroom and heavens knows I absolutely hated the clumpy cottage cheese like discharge that I had in nearly every bacterial outbreak I suffered from.

Of course, one thing I learned while searching for bacterial treatments and Candida Albicans remedies is that many of the "so called" cures didn't actually work as advertised. In an effort to relieve my frustrating and embarrassing condition I resorted to finding out what truly worked at relieving my yeast infections.

Here are a few of the natural remedies that I found which worked at curing Candida safely and naturally:

Tea Tree Oil - This particular method worked extremely well at treating my Candida Albicans successfully. I would take the tea tree oil and combine it with a few drops of olive oil and then gentle place it on the infected and inflamed areas. By doing this I was able to naturally reduce the fungal and bacterial infections. Tea tree is relatively easy to find and many supplement stores will carry it.

Honey - Most people will tell you that in order to reduce your yeast infections you should avoid sugar and this is true because sugar does serve as fuel for your overgrowth of yeast but honey actually has the opposite effect on your inflamed areas. The natural ingredients actually work to reduce the swelling you are are experiencing and prevent the skin from itching. I normally applied it to my infected areas for a about 30-45 minutes and then gentle washed it away.

Olive Leaf Extract - I ingested this supplement in capsule form (about two per day) and found it to be very effective at killing the bacterial and fungal micro-organisms causing my Candida Albicans. I purchased the olive leaf extract capsule at my local supplement store and found them very beneficial at fighting germs along with my Candida infection.

These were just a few of the many natural treatments I found that worked at eliminating the annoying and painful symptoms associated with a yeast infection. There are actually many more powerful natural remedies which can be used to prevent Canidida.
