Just a word about my qualifications:
I hold a BSChE (Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering)
I have a professional background as a Hazardous Waste Manager and a Certified Environmental Trainer in Hazardous Waste and OSHA (Occupational Healthy & Safety)
My experience in Health & Safety training contributed to my awareness and interest in health issues. I began to intensively research alternative therapies and have made many useful discoveries along the way, the most beneficial relating to natural methods of dealing with depression, hypothyroidism and, most recently, weight release! I have made great progress using hCG already as you can see below in my photos and YouTube VLOG (video log) of my journey. Consequently, I have first hand experience with this method.

Phase 2 Lettuce Wrap Recipe
2 T Tamari
1 1/4 t Organic Garlic Powder
1/2 t Ginger Powder
Dash White Pepper
1 Scoop (30 g) Protein Powder
Apple chopped in Food Processor
Romaine Leaves
Put first 5 ingredients in a small juice glass and blend with a fork. Add ~3T H2O to make a paste. Blend with chopped apple. Roll in leaves.

AFTER another 21 Day round of VLCDs (Round 2) I weighed 173.2 lbs. Approx halfway to goal!

- These folks are in South America doing research on hCG for obesity. They are experts and this page explains many of the strange rulings on the use of hCG for obesity. Can you say 'Conspiracy Theory'? I think so. You use energy no matter what you're doing, even when sleeping. The BMR Calculator will calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day.
This will come in handy for Phase 3 & 4: you will have an idea of how many calories you will need to adhere to in order to maintain within the 2 lb limit! - I went from 240 to 155 over two years from using 2 phases of the HCG diet, then diet and exercise to maintain the weight. The HCG program was repopularized by Kevin Trudeau (which is the only way I found out about it), and I'm sick of what people say about that man. All society should listen to him when it comes to what they eat. Everyone would be much healthier. Anyone who says the diet doesn't work is either an ignorant fool who is to afraid to try it, or is an even MORE ignorant fool who tried it but didn't follow the instructions to a T.

- Just watched you on the Good Morning show, WOW, you look great, I had not checked into your vlog in a while ... but OMG what a difference. Keep up the good work. If it was not for your sub info I would never have even have tried this diet. I am about to start round 2 and only have 15 lbs to go to my goal.

- Good morning. Wow, you can really see the progression in your videos. It's amazing! I have just purchased the book and have read most of it. My main question is, how time consuming is this plan? I have four kids, three of which are very active teenagers, and am very busy.

- I have used HCG both for increasing testosterone and for weight loss. Both worked fabulously. I'm 65 yo and my T level is now over 1000 dl. I did two cycles of hcg for weight loss and lost about 25 lbs. I obtain mine illegally usually and administer myself. I'm starting a new cycle tomorrow.
