You can even grow your very own herb garden so you can just snip a little bit off every time that you are preparing your meals. If you are looking for an herb to heat up the dish add a little cayenne pepper or chilli powder. If you like cumin it makes for a great added flavor over vegetables. Just get creative herbs are a great addition to any dish as they have so many health benefits too from antioxidants and so much more.
4. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice on your meats and vegetables to add a little tartness without adding any sodium or fat to the dish.
5. If you are in need of a little sweetness being added to a dish then use Stevia it is a great addition and will satisfy every sweet tooth. It is great for making desserts that are literally almost guilt free. We have to treat ourselves once in a while and Stevia is a great way to still enjoy some of your favorite desserts.
6. Marinate your meats with approved ingredients in the protocol. I like marinating my meats in a combination of water, vinegar, stevia and some fresh herbs. I usually let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

One Of My Favorite HCG Recipes
Do You Have A Favorite HCG Recipe
100g whitefish (trout, ling cod or snapper)
Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon
1-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
In a small bowl lay the fish at the bottom, then add in the garlic, black pepper, salt, cumin, and turmeric. Make sure that you are able to coat both sides evenly.
Cover your fish & marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. The longer that you marinate your dish the more enhanced the flavors are.
Preheat oven to 400.
Place the fish in a non-stick baking dish and cover with the marinade.
Bake approximately 20 minutes depending on thickness of the fish or until the fish flakes away easily.
Top your finished dish with fresh lemon juice. This is optional and is a personal preference.
