Heal Back Pain Naturally
As someone who suffered from back pain for over 13 years, I am proud to say I have been pain free for the last 7 years. And, this was basically because I took my treatments into my own hands and healed myself naturally. Hear is my story.
In 9th grade, I severely injured my back lifting weights for football. It took the entire summer to rehab enough just so I could stand up straight. And since that point, I usually hurt my back about twice a year. But in 1999, something really happened to change it forever.
While at work, I was moving 50lb boxes, when TWEAK!!!! There it went again. But, this one was different. This one dropped me to my knees in severe pain. Because I was at work, I was sent to the Worker's Comp Dr. He gave me some strong Motrin, which did nothing other than make my stomach bleed. The next step was cortisone shots.
If you have had these shots in your back, then you know what we go through. I had a bad L3, so they put me under the X-ray, and drove that needle right into my spine. When they had it in the right spot, then they injected the cortisone. And I will admit, after the first day, I felt pretty good. But 2 weeks later, it was back again. So, I took one more cortisone shot, and it did absolutely nothing.
To the Dr.'s credit, he told me another shot would not do anything for me, and most likely I would have back pain for the rest of my life. He said I could go and see the back surgeon if I liked, but he did not recommend it (props to him). Home I went, discouraged, but not denied. I knew I could cure this myself (I am stubborn that way).
I reasearched, and came across an article about healing your back naturally. I put this plan into action, and in less than 3 weeks, I was pain free. And have been for the last 8 years. If I feel some sort of pain starting, I just go buy the herbs again, get back on the routine, and it goes away.

Sometimes I would try to bend my knees to take the pressure off of my back, but it did not always work. Then I read about the Valerian Root.Valerian Root is not addictive and is 100% all natural. And, it helps you relax, and get a nice restful sleep. I would not take this during the day. Only at night, about 30 minutes before you are going to bed.
