Great lens! I will pass this on to my dad. He suffers form general anxiety. I was looking for something to help him get by and I came across this site, and I have been to the retailers site from there to look at the testimonials as well. What do you make of it? I bought it and went through it myself. Very interesting and I think this will help him already...

I've struggled with panic attacks for over 5 years now. And few things have helped me lower the anxiety. One was the added exercise, the second was actually changing the way I eat, and getting the rid of triggers, and of course talking to others about my issues. And dealing with my fears using joe barry panic away guide

Thanks for the info about a natural remedy for panic attacks! I'm very particular about natural remedies and even in the case of varicose or spider veins, I want a natural spider vein treatment for this kind of problem! Thanks again for your 5-star lens!

Thank you for visiting my lense and making it a favorite. Tea bag folding is my stress release. It's restlessness with a product in the end. LOL.

An absolutely wonderful page. Great information. Too often we overlook the natural remedies that usually lie in wait in kitchen cupboards and refrigerators. Great job! Plus you just gave me an idea for something I should communicate in my own lens. THANKS!
