About Me
I am not a doctor nor do I think you should not seek a health care professional if you feel it is the thing for you to do. I am a researcher by nature and have educated myself from reading, following well educated alternative doctors and healers, talking with professionals and obviously my own personal experiences. So not only have I intellectually absorbed the info on this page but I can actually say it has worked for me over and over again and I am healthier than ever!
Fun Fact About The Name Coconut
The scientific name for coconut is Cocos nucifera. Early Spanish explorers called it coco, which funny enough means "monkey face." As you may have noticed the three indentations (eyes) on the hairy nut resembles the head and face of a monkey. Nucifera means "nut-bearing."

- Thanks so much. I try to tell everyone how powerful coconut oil is. It has so many uses, from inside to out. Not only is it a safe cooking oil at high heat (I use it all the time to cook), but it keep the skin young. Just layer it on at night and you'll be amazed how it beats just about any "night cream" out there on the market.
And yes, there is also some proof we have encountered that it does mitigate panic attacks.
Great Squidoo page. Thanks!
