Beauty & Health
If you have beauty and health you got it all. Human's body is programmed by nature in a way that it first take care of health and then beauty. First supply with vital substances the nervos system, organs and immune system. If there is anything left this spend the body for embellishment. Beauty errors show us what vital substances are we lacking in the body.
1. Vitamin A and hair, nails, eyes!
If we have grooves on the nails, dry, crenellated or problem skin, dull eyes and a dull hair we are probably lacking of vitamin A. It can be found in calf liver, in avocados, corn salad, broccoli, chard, leafy kale, carrots, peppers and honey melon. 2. Vitamin C and cellulite!
Vitamin C ensures that connective tissue is strengthen and skin remains taut, so the lack of vitamin C associadet with cellulite. Rich sources of vitamin C are black currant, kiwi fruit, peppers, Brussels sprouts. 3. Vitamin E and skin!
Vitamin E maintains the elastic connective tissue, skin tight and protects against changes in the skin due to ultraviolet rays. It is contained in cold-pressed vegetable oils, seeds, nuts, green leafy vegetables, natural whole grains. 4. Omega-3 fatty acids and unhealthy-looking skin!
Because of old degraded protein the skin looks dull. In it accumulate protein waste products. Problems with the skin may indicate a lack of omega 3 fatty acids. Linseed, as well as mackerel, salmon and tuna keep the skin elastic and young. Great Stuff on Amazon
5. Cider vinegar!
Cider vinegar is a well-known household remedy, because it strengthens digestion, cleanses the body, repels bacteria, stimulates fat metabolism. 6. Brewer's yeast!
Brewer's yeast contains 16 amino acids, 14 minerals and 17 vitamins, including B6, which is responsible for healthy hair and skin. Teaspoon of brewer's yeast mixed with a glass of water a day is enough. 7. Wheat Germ!
Wheat germ can be defined as the natural multi-specimen. It contains unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin B, vitamin D, and E and minerals iron, copper and phosphorus. Again, have a tablespoon a day ant it is enough. 8. Green tea!
Green tea keeps the body young. With four cups of tea per day you hunt down free radicals, which are an important factor in aging. Also shown drinking green tea protects against cancer. 9. Water!
Cheapest beauty elixir is water. Connective tissue under the skin stores water. If you do not drink enough water (2 to 3 liters per day) body pulls this water inside. Therefore it causes the skin dries out and wrinkles. What do you do?
