In this page I will focus on second part of this heading as we are in spring time, a time of beauty around us. Daffodils and the like are all around us, and this weekend is mother's day celebrations time

What is beauty to you? What is beauty to those you know?

If I would give my answer, it would be a beautiful ego( a beutiful balancing soul, that is not selfish yet does try to understand needs of others)(You have three operational levels of the mind at an unconscious level, namely: Idi( thinks of "I" all the time) Ego ( thinks of self and others, and superego ( overconscious of others to a point of harming self)- All three are important but must be balanced.

Before I proceed, I want us to pay special tribute to mothers as this weekend is theirs.
Lets give them a special easter present they will not forget-of course the inspiration book.
This is a special Easter and we need them to continue glowing from inside.
We would rather see the beauty from inside them, and that way they will stop worrying about their
looks. The sparkle in their smile will continue to light your heart.

What make people get obssesed with how they look?
Have you ever wondered why?

The worst enemy in life is yourself( If you have picked your inspiration book, just familiarise yourself with that poem)

Then you have those who know you
Finally those who do not know you and you want to impress
And of course the society you life in

All these are very important in our life, so its important to understand how each contributes to this phenomenol of wanting to be beautiful

Try and figure yourself as blind,you do not know how a beautiful face looks like, but you will be able to identify danger or bad things around you from other senses.
Or imagine you have no mirror, and the only other human being you know is blind but physically very beautiful. You also know all human beings are the same, so you will be thinking that is how you look like, until when someone gives you a mirror and you realise you are different.

Make your voice beautiful, your thought about yourself and those around you should be made beautiful. This means seeing how your face looks like does not matter for you are surrounded by people who love you and care about you.
The blind will love you and want to be like you,those who have sight will love you, so you have no time to think you are not physically beautiful.

This lays foundation to beauty, and so you are already beautiful

AFFIRMATIONS

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Tell yourself you are beautiful, and belief it.
Just keep your outside body beautiful without stressing yourself
Aim for an inspired life. This helps you understand and love yourself as you are.
Keep company of people who are inspiring
Avoid people who try to make you who you are not.
Be yourself at all times
Read inspirational books
Do things which are motivating and rewarding

so lets make this Easter very special for mother's day
