Welcome to the health tips for mutiple sclerosis that will keep you active

As someone diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 9 years ago I never got any tips for living well.  I'm presently in a wheelchair and I've found out that it should've never been.  I want to share a few tips with you so that you can avoid my predicament.  It's never too late to get back on my feet and these are a few things I'm doing besides lot of physical therapy.

Live Well with some tips to help

Tips to live life to the fullest

Hello, I have a semi-serious health condition. I only say it is semi-serious because there is no cure and it put me into a wheelchair but I'm active. If I knew 9 years ago what I know now the wheelchair could've been avoided (not the hair loss but I've come to grips with that). The serious health problem is Multiple Sclerosis and what I know now I want to share so you don't have to follow. There are a few simple points to remember but difficult to follow.

The first and most important is NO DAIRY, that's difficult as everything is made with milk. I live in Japan now and before I lived in the U.S., same problem finding something tasty to eat without milk. In Japan it's easier with the national diet steering away from dairy and it's easy to find tasty sushi (mmm ... sushi). One caveat is that a no diary diet TAKE TIME, realize it takes time for your body to adjust. Good advise for everyone.

Keep yourself fit and trim. Join a gym, participate in sports, or jog (mmm ... jogging) listening to your iPod. These activities will lower your stress levels and you'll look great on the beach. Good advise for everyone.

Get plenty of rest. Everyday take a short siesta to stay relaxed and focused. Something I found recently that makes my naps and I feel great after (mmm ... nap), this software from Pzizz (I'm still not how to pronounce that) but it works great and it'll teach you how to really relax. Good advise for everyone.

These tips are the tip of the iceberg but they will prevent you from needing MS drugs that are expensive and have horrible side effects if they even work for you, they didn't for me.

You may need supplements for your diet

Take care of yourself

If you decided to stop eating meat or stopped dairy you may need supplements to stay healthy. Personally I haven't had a flu or cold going on 4 years. I found this to easily shop online(and cheaply) for what you need.
