Eating for Life is the second book my Bill Phillips.

This book focuses on the nutrition aspect of getting into shape. Most experts agree that the nutrition part of any program accounts for up to 70% of you final results as when your training creates stress on the body and its only during the rest and recovery part(which includes correct nutrition) that your muscles grow stronger.

This excellent book provides lots of information as to the rights and wrongs of nutrition strategy including the junk food and obesity problem affecting not just America but most of the world.

The book also takes the form of a cookbook with over 100 easy to make healthy meal ideas. Each of these recipes has beautiful color photos to show the end result.

This is a fantastic book and a must have for everyone with an interest in fitness and nutrition
