Cinnamon For Diabetes 

Researchers studying adult onset diabetes have found that cinnamon may be effective in controlling the disease. In fact, there was an article published in the Diabetes Care Journal that showed that, if a person ate a half teaspoon per day, their blood sugar would be remarkably improved. The article also stated that the same dose of cinnamon was able to reduce the LDL cholesterol, lower triglycerides and lower total cholesterol.
