When I was little, and living in New England, with almost every snowstorm several people would die shoveling snow: heart attack. My Dad would get a call, sometimes he had to come in from shoveling and learn that a friend had died. Fortunately my Dad kept on living, although after awhile we did a lot more shoveling. Eventually they were able to afford a snow blower. Heart disease still is a major killer in the US. Most don't realize there are simple things that you can supplement with that will help your body have a fighting chance.
