Hello
Hi, I don't have a lot of time to work on this right now, but I'm really excited to start this blog. I plan to use it in conjunction with my new website. It's called Health Dynamite. You can find it at
. Go ahead and visit and browse around. You would be doing me a nice favor if you just clicked the link as it will help me with my SEO. And, if your heart so desires I'd really appreciate it if you could add my url () to you lens. Again, just trying to SEO.
Anyhow, I hope you will enjoy my little site. I'm hoping to fill this site with news you can use about fitness, fitness equipment and nutritional supplements.
Thanks again.
Working out my Abs with fitness equipment
Trying to develop rock hard abdominal muscles
So, what have I been doing since I first started this lens? I've been working out hard. I am in decent shape, but still have not been able to get the hard washboard abs that look so cool. I think I going to give in and try to use some exercise machines, or
fitness equipment, that is specifically designed to work the abdominal muscles.
Diet combined with cardio and weight training just does not seem to be getting the job done. Sure, I look in good shape, but I can't get that hard ripped abs look. I think I am going to change things up a bit. Yes, I will still eat healthy, do cardio, and weight train. However, rather than follow the idea that abs only need to worked out once in a while, since they get worked by doing squats and other exercises. I am going to specifically work my abs each and every day.
My theory is that over training will actually prevent the abdominal muscles from growing. I am thinking isn't that what we want with the ab muscles? Do we not want a small waistline that is rock-hard? So, I am going to try doing this for the next month and I will let you know what happens.
