This is another symptom of sleep apnea - headaches can be caused by a lack of oxygen due to the stoppages in breathing in the night and a sore throat is often caused by serious snoring. SDB is a medical term used by doctors to describe a combination of snoring and sleep apnea which results in health problems for the patient, and often causing anxiety in the partner. Treatment for sleep apnea can reduce and in many cases completely get rid of snoring which is one of the most common symptoms.
CPAP is considered as a successful treatment method for sleep deprivation since in most cases, patients can completely recover from their sleep problem. Long thought of as peasant fare, root vegetables are actually excellent sources of fiber, minerals and vitamins. They are the part of the plant that grows underground. In the darkness of the soil, they absorb and store water and minerals and conduct them upward to the plant's stem and leaves. And so they hold nutrients for us too. But they may also contain residual chemicals and pesticides that inhabit the soil, so search out those grown on organic farms.
This time of year, produce bins are piled high with a wide variety of roots. Red and yellow beets, celery root, fennel and leeks are at their juiciest (and cheapest) right now. You'll also find crunchy jicama (HEE-kah-mah), sweet rutabagas and nutty-flavored Jerusalem artichokes. Newer on the scene, but becoming more and more common in supermarkets, are the tropical roots like taro and yuca.

Remove Stress
A well balanced diet and reducing the amount of heavily processed and highly sweetened foods is one of the basic ways to reduce stress. This is what has helped me to reduce my own stress levels and I hope the advice will be of benefit to other people. We should be looking for signs of stress like anxiety symptoms, heavy drinking has been linked to stress as people cannot deal with the pressure and turn to the bottle.
Employers also have a duty to help employees manage their work related stress and should take this very seriously since, apart from the cost to the individual, it has been estimated that in America alone, the stress-related annual cost to industry through absence, health charges, insurance and reduced productivity runs into billions of dollars. There are many ways to see stressful events, and if you keep a positive view you will have learned to manage the stress well. List all of the every day events of your life that cause you stress and list how these events made you feel.
What causes the damage to your system is that stress events cause hormones to be released. By now you can see the contrast in what events cause you the most stress compared to what events cause you the least. As mentioned before, the way our bodies respond to stress has not changed since prehistoric man, but the situations that cause us stress can be very different.
