Do You Have These "Mystic" Symbols Displayed in Your Home?

From the lens 5 Mystic Symbols for Your Home.

Hi, some time ago I had Reiki sessions, at my last one I envisaged a symbol. It started as a circle in a box, the top of the box opened and the circle rose up, the top of the box closed into a triangle. The image left was a yellow circle atop of a clear triangle, any thoughts on what this could mean?

10/10 for this lens :) I have the Infinity symbol. I have always doddled that shap as well, straight as well as on the side :)

Umm, sort of, mine are usually pendents, I have infinity and a pentacle but not the square or triangle. Thanks for the lovely interesting lens.

So many great home decor suggestions! I'm a fan of the triangle myself, it reminds me to keep things in balance. I'm working on learning about home design elements so thanks for the great lens! Affordable Lamps

It was interesting to see the circle, triangle, and square right at the beginning. Those three shapes are infinitely important to the martial art Aikido (which is really not a martial art, but a philosophy... about peace).

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jeremiah

Great lens, but you knew that :) Just wanted to remind you that this is featured on the Spiritual Growth and Development Group: http://www.squidoo.com/groups/spiritual-growth

It's now transformed into a lensography and I would love it if you could feature it here, or lensroll it or something.

I love your lens - well constructed and I'll be back to follow all the links. I'm ready to get my box of crayons out to make symbols - Simple line drawings with intention are powerful - I've been working energetically in just this way since the first of the year. Each room that has a colorful yet simple line drawing in it has improved energetically. Thanks so much for you insight and expertise.

This is an interesting lens. You have me thinking about my home and what I have in the hall and living area, when you first walk in and enter. From the info in this lens, I still need an infinity sign (as an artist, I may make one), and I'll have to dig out the leather mandala with the enneagram that's in storage somewhere. (It's not a pentacle, by it will have to suffice until I stop equating pentacles with satanic rituals ~ even though I've read that the pentacle symbolizes man. On second thought, I do have something similar to Leonardo's "Vitruvian Man." That's a pentagram, isn't it? 5*s!

Thank you for joining my Squidoo group!

"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful."

Another interesting lens! There is a new meaning for the triangle...it represents the balance of ego, spirit, and soul which is important for life on the New Earth.

    Love it, Michelle!
I'd like to see more on the infinity symbol. I never really thought of a square as a symbol before. I learned something new. Hooray!

Great lens and info! Welcome to spirituality group!
  • WhiteOak50 Nov 27, 2008 @ 9:21 am | delete
Another great lens! Also above where you described the pentacle, the fifth point repreasents "Spirit" and the circle encompassing the pentacle is also viewed as protection.
I am so glad you are part of our group. I really enjoy your lenses!

Wow I love the double infinity item! All of your symbol lenses are wonderful.

Symbolism transcends the limits of words by using conventional designs to express the spiritual or intangible universe.
